Didn't expect the "O Sole Mio" bit to actually work, but it plays the whole tune without any hiccups. Took me a minute to figure out the battery compartment, though once the 3 AAs were in it was good to go.

Bought this on a whim and now it's the first thing guests pick up when they walk in. The "O Sole Mio" serenade is way clearer than I expected from a toy this size, and it runs on 3AA batteries so no hunting for weird sizes.

The little gondolier outfit is stitched really well, right down to the striped shirt and red sash. I've had it on my desk for a week and everyone who walks by presses the button to hear "O Sole Mio." Runs on 3 AA batteries, which I already had lying around.
