The ear-wiggling is what got my niece hooked — she copies it with her hands every time the ABC song starts. Takes 3AA batteries, which I already had in a drawer, so no extra trip to the store. The sway is gentle enough that it doesn't tip over when she grabs at it.

My two-year-old won't put this down, and the ear wiggling during "Ten Little Elephants" gets a giggle every time. It runs on 3 AA batteries, which is nice since I always have those on hand.

The swaying motion when it sings the ABC song totally captivates my son, he just stares and bounces along. Batteries lasted way longer than I expected too, which is a nice bonus for a noisy toy.
