Dottie the Dainty Deery-fly

Picked this up on a whim and the little stitching details on her wings are genuinely lovely. She's been sitting on my bookshelf next to the fern, and the pose makes it look like she just landed there.

My niece has been carrying Dottie around the house for a week straight, and I keep catching little details — the tiny wings, the dainty little expression. It looks handmade rather than mass-produced, which I appreciate.

The detailing on the wings is so much finer than I expected for something this small. She's perched on my bookshelf now and somehow makes the whole corner feel like a little forest clearing. My niece already asked if she can have one too.
